We have been going for 12 years and have covered hundreds of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, black tie dinners awards ceremonies and large and small private parties. We have shot events at all the major venues throughout the midlands, from the NEC, Wolverhampton and Aston Villa football stadiums to the East Midlands Conference Centre, Pride Park Stadium and the Utilita Arena Sheffield.

Matthew Jones is our main photographer, he has a talent for event photography. You will receive a set of images that are impactful and eye catching that capture the atmosphere and moments that make a great events.

We are one of the Midlands leading commercial event photography providers. Our event photography includes a free event gallery, there are links to sample galleries at the bottom of this page. We allow guest and delegates to download their pictures from the gallery. We can even add your logo to the photos.

When we shoot an event we provide a versatile set of images that can me used for PR, marketing, promotion and even board room prints. While your event may be over in the blink of eye, photography is a lasting testament that will do justice to the hard work that goes into the organisation and planning behind the scenes.

Matthew our main event photographer is friendly, professional and discreet. We normally arrive 30 mins before your guests arrive, which allows us to go over any last minute details, have a look at the venue and work out the best shooting angles.

Event Photography Costs for the West Midlands and Birmingham

Events require a lot of organisation and planning that often goes unnoticed, they normally involve key stakeholders too. Events are over in a flash and so it's important to create a lasting visual record that is a testimonial to your hard work and success, as well as creating an asset to maximise the long term impact. This is why you need a really good event photographer who understands what images to capture and has the creative and technical ability to do it.

For a typical evening event we charge £545. We can provide at second event photographer for £220. If guests start arriving at 7pm Matthew will arrive at 6.30pm and finish at around 11 to 11.30 pm. There are no travel expenses to add if your event is in Birmingham, Telford, Wolverhampton or Walsall. If an overnight stay is required this is charged at cost.

How do I receive the photographs?

We will send you high and low resolution versions via an download link. We also upload all the event photos to a gallery so you can share the with guests.

How many photos to you send?

Typically you will receive around 250 - 300 for an evening event. All the images will me graded.

Can our guests purchase copies of the photos?

They can download them for free from the online gallery.

What about copyright?

Copyright always belongs to the photographer, however you have unlimited use for any purpose, for as long as you need. We're not precious about copyright, however, we do ask you not to sell photography on, or give it to other commercial business for them to use without prior agreement.

Do you need brief?

Not necessarily, most events are similar and a conversation is often sufficient to provide enough direction. As standard we will photography people networking, enjoying themselves, all speakers, presenters, prize winners etc. If there is a band we will capture this and guests dancing.

If you want to send a brief this is also good and gives you piece of mind everything will be covered.

If you’re running a formal event and would like to capture guests arriving I can set up a studio to capture this.

What do you need to know?

Obviously, the date, times and venue address. Other than that, would you like award winners photographing on stage with their award? This can be done quite quickly on stage, alternatively, it can be done straight after off stage, sometimes in front of a banner. What group shots would you like and when?

Do you need a deposit?

Normally we take a £100 deposit.
