Sir David King is and a exponent and leader on practical governmental actions to tackle the climate crises. He lead the launch of Mission Innovation in 2015. Sir David was at an event I photographed in Nottingham to talk about how we can avert climate change. The fascinating lecture centred around the collaborative programme project between 22 countries spending $22bn pa on R&D to deliver post-fossil-fuel era technologies. He continues work directed towards alerting governments and institutions around the world to the dangers of the escalating climate crisis and the urgent need for a committed programme of 'climate repair'.
