Portraits from Tees Dock power plant construction. It can seem chaotic with many activities taking place at once, however every piece of steel, every weld, every single activity is precisely planned. Steel joists, pipes and boilers weighting many tens of tons in all sorts of configurations are lifted and welded into place with millimeter accuracy often over a 100 ft in the air. Here are a few of the engineers and workers who make this happen. Starting with the security man, always the first person and last person you meet.
